Calling Pack Option

Each user has their own dedicated line, meaning every user can make and receive phone calls at anytime. Great for workplaces with a remote workforce that each needs constant access to make and receive calls all day long.

Shared Trunk Option

Allows you to select the number of phone lines you need (the maximum number of simultaneous calls that are made/received at any given time), and your workforce shares those lines, each with their own extension. Great for workplaces that have a high number of users needing phone access, but not necessarily each person needing their own phone line.
